Approach
At Juniper Mind and Wellness, I believe true healing comes from caring for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Our holistic approach to mental healthcare goes beyond symptom management to understand the unique factors that shape your well-being.
I consider how your physical health, lifestyle, relationships, environment, and emotional world all interact to influence your mental health. Treatment may include evidence-based therapy recommendations, medication management, supplement recommendations, hormone support, mindfulness practices, nutrition and sleep support, or other integrative strategies designed to promote balance and long-term wellness.
My goal is to help you feel grounded, resilient, and empowered—so you can thrive in every area of your life.
Conditions I Treat

I take time to understand your unique experiences and goals, working together to develop a personalized treatment plan that promotes lasting emotional and psychological wellness. If you are struggling with symptoms or a condition that is not listed, please reach out to discuss whether I could be of assistance.
Where I See Patients
At Juniper Mind and Wellness, I offer care that fits your needs and comfort. Patients can be seen via telehealth anywhere in the state of Colorado, or in person at our Montrose office.
While many visits can be done virtually, please note that in-person appointments may occasionally be required, especially for patients receiving controlled medications or as part of ongoing treatment and care coordination.
My goal is to provide flexible, compassionate care — whether you prefer the comfort of your home or the peaceful setting of our office.
